Refund and Exchange Policy
All products available in the Nutrient Routine store are digital (electronic materials, programs, meal plans, etc.).
Refunds are not available once the customer has gained access to the digital product or it has been delivered to the provided email address. This is due to the nature of digital content, which cannot be "returned" after it has been received.
Exceptions: If you did not receive the product due to technical issues or if the file is corrupted, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at diaplanner1@gmail.com. We will review each case individually and, if necessary, resend the product or issue a refund.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and agreed to this policy and acknowledge that digital products are non-refundable after access has been granted.
